  About Your Stay
Q. How far in advance should reservations be made?
A. During summer season, we recommend reservations for weekends and holidays are made 4 to 6 weeks in advance. However, cancellations do occur so please call our office or place your request for availability on this web-site.

Q. What is considered season and off-season?
A. Season is March 29th through January 1st. Off-season is January 2nd through March 28th.

Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. A deposit for the first night is required to confirm your reservation.

Q. Will I get my deposit back if, for some reason, I have to cancel?
A. You will receive a full refund minus a fifty-dollar booking fee if cancellation notice is given at least fourteen days prior to your intended arrival date. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation notice is not given within this period.

Q. Do I pay for my stay upon checkout?
A. Full payment for your entire stay must be made upon arrival. Sorry, there are no refunds on early departures.

Q. Are there discounts available?
A. We offer a discount on stays of five nights or more. In addition, we also have off-season discounts of ten dollars off per night from January 2nd - March 28th.

Q. What are check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If advance notice is received, special arrangements can be made to accommodate early arrivals, if possible.

Q. How late is the office open?
A. During season, office hours are from 9a.m. - 9 p.m. Off-season office hours are from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. Phone service will continue until 9p.m. during off-season hours.

Q. Is there a minimum stay requirement?
A. A minimum 2 night stay is required on weekends and holidays only.

Q. How much are your rooms?
A. Cabin rates range from $170 - $250 plus tax during season. Specific cabin rates are posted on this web-site.

A. We are located 1/2 mile from the historic shopping district.

Q. How far are you from the Passion Play?
A. We are located 1/2 mile from the Passion Play.

Q. How far are you from Branson?
A. We are located 51 miles from Branson, MO.

Q. How far is it from Beaver or Table Rock Lake?
A. We are located 15 miles from Beaver Lake and 51 miles from Table Rock Lake.

Q. Where is the closest trolley stop?
A. The nearest trolley stop is located on Highway 62 East near the entrance of Cinnamon Valley Resort.

Q. Where is the nearest airport?
A. The closest regional airports are Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport located in Highfill or Drake Field Airport in Fayetteville.

Q. What is there to do in Eureka Springs?
A. Eureka Springs offers a variety of activities and entertainment. We suggest access the Eureka Springs web-site at http://www.eureka-usa.com.



  Services & Amenities
Q. Does CVR provide wedding services?
A. Cinnamon Valley can make arrangements for small on-site weddings including minister, photographer, flowers and cake. Or let us provide you with the names of local ministers or consultants for more detailed or larger weddings to be located off the resort premises.

Q. What are the different honeymoon packages offered?
A. We offer two honeymoon packages. One package is available during summer months and includes flowers in your cabin upon arrival, your choice of champagne, wine or a fruit basket, romantic carriage ride and two tickets to either the Country Music Show or the Passion Play. The other package is available year-round and includes flowers in your cabin upon arrival and your choice of champagne, wine or a fruit basket. Specific items can be purchased separately.

Q. Do all cabins have Jacuzzis and fireplaces?
A. All cabins are equipped with Jacuzzis and fireplaces. However, dampers are closed and fireplaces are unavailable after April 1st. Fireplaces are not reopened until November 1st. Cinnamon Valley does not encourage the use of real wood but will provide a Duralog daily during your stay.

Q. Is smoking permitted on the porches?
A. Cinnamon Valley Resort is a non-smoking facility. We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property. There is a $100 non-refundable charge for anyone violating this policy.

Q. Does CVR provide cookware or bakeware?
A. Cinnamon Valley has fully-equipped kitchens for your convenience if you choose to prepare a meal in your cabin. All you need to bring is your food. There is a grocery store located near the property.

Q. Is there daily maid or linen services?
A. Our policy is to provide you with a maximum amount of privacy, however we will provide fresh towels daily.

Q. Do the cabins have phones?
A. In order to assure you a relaxed atmosphere, no phones are provided in the cabin. In the event of an emergency, a member of our office staff will contact you personally.

Q. Are children or pets allowed?
A. In order to provide the most pleasant atmosphere, we have established Cinnamon Valley as an adults-only resort. Pets are not allowed.
